Top Rated Country-Style Rib Recipes
From the author of Robicelli's: A Love Story with Cupcakes. "Nothing says Christmas to me quite like lasagna. I know it doesn't sound super traditional to most people, but for Italians from Brooklyn, every meal starts with pasta, and every major holiday starts with one that normally too much of a pain in the butt to make every Sunday. For us, lasagna started two days ahead when my grandmother would start the gravy — a tomato sauce full of pork shoulder, braciole, sausage, and meatballs that simmers for a minimum of eight hours. The next day, the lasagna would be assembled, baked, and then chilled, as with lasagna a 24-hour rest period is essential so the flavors and textures meld. Then finally, the day of, we'd finish cooking in a hot oven, preferably burning the corners just enough to my liking. No one would ever eat the ham, or turkey, or whatever — we were always too full from the lasagna."

The ingredients you'll need
You'll only need a few simple ingredients to make this tasty recipe. The exact measurements are included in the recipe card below. Here's an overview of what you'll need:
Boneless pork shoulder ribs: As I said, I usually get them at Costco.
Smoked salt: Available on Amazon - see link below in the recipe card. I think it's important to use smoked salt in this recipe and not regular salt. It really enhances the flavor of the ribs.
Spices: Black pepper, smoked paprika (much better than regular paprika in this recipe), dried thyme, and cayenne pepper. Make sure the spices you use are fresh. A stale spice can easily ruin a dish.
How to grill Country Ribs
Country style ribs are great for the grill because they have enough marblig that they will stay juicy and moist.
They&rsquore also a fairly inexpensive cut, so they are great if you&rsquore grilling for a crowd.
The ribs should be cooked over a medium heat grill, around 350-400F for 7-10 minutes a side, depending on how thick they are.
Typically country ribs are often best to do low and slow, but keeping your grill temperature lower and cooking them for a little longer will help develop a nice crust on the outside and help keep the inside nice and tender.
The best way to tell if your country style ribs are done is with an insta-read thermometer.
You&rsquoll want to remove them from the grill when they register 140-145F. Let them rest for at least 5 minutes before serving, so that they can get up to 145-150F, which is the recommended internal temperature for cooking pork.
Remember, when cooking pork, a &ldquoblush of pink&rdquo is ok in the middle of the meat. You don&rsquot want to dry the meat out, and this is how you know you will have flavorful, juicy, and tender pork.
The Cool Kettle With The Hinged Hood We Always Wanted
Napoleon’s NK22CK-C Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front, spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees. It’s hard to beat a Weber kettle, but Napoleon holds its own and adds some unique features to make the NK22CK-C a viable alternative.

Oven Baked Country-Style Pork Ribs
Oven Baked Country-Style Pork Ribs are the most meaty, tender, and succulent oven baked ribs that you’ll ever eat! This recipe is so easy to follow and make. Everyone will love these country-style ribs so much that you’ll make them again and again.
These Oven Baked Bone-in Country-Style Ribs are so delicious! I have to admit that this cut of pork is rather new to my kitchen. My blog has a recipe for Slow Cooker BBQ Country Style Ribs that my family loves and they’ve requested that I make this cut of meat more often. I especially love it for two reasons. The first being that it is one of the CHEAPEST cuts of meat in America. It’s economical for any family size or budget. The second being that it is the easiest cut of pork to cook producing the tenderest meat. Pork, especially pork chops or pork loin, can be tricky to cook because it dries out quickly. On the other hand, Country Style Pork Ribs cook slow, in a relatively short amount of time, within an hour or two. That being said give it a try! I really think you and your family are going to love this recipe!

Best-Ever Sticky Asian Ribs
Ever since I was little, barbeques meant two things around my house: lots of family and lots of good food. I grew up living just five minutes away from both my obachan and ojiichan (Japanese grandparents) and a handful of my cousins, so family get-togethers were a weekly event. It was only for special holidays, though, that my mom or obachan would make these Best-Ever Sticky Asian Ribs. Have I mentioned we’ve had this recipe in the family for over 30 years? I hardly ever make a recipe more than once or twice since I like to explore new flavor combinations, but these always keep me coming back for more. If you haven’t caught my drift yet, these ribs are one of my all-time favorite foods <3. Sweet and salty combinations make my world go round and the BEST pairing in my opinion is sugar and soy sauce. Go ahead and forget alllll about salted caramel or dark chocolate sea salt truffles, because this, my friends, is where it’s at.
Now let’s get one thing straight. These ribs aren’t tea party food or food you want to eat on your first date with Ryan Gosling. They’re gooey and deliciously messy and you end up with half your face covered in sauce and oops… how did that chunk of meat get in my hair? It’s beautiful, really. This is a recipe meant to be shared with family and people you’re comfortable with fighting for the last piece because trust me, it’ll happen. So go on and grab a rib (or ten), some family, and a year’s worth of napkins and get ready for your tastebuds to go straight up to the golden gates!
Conclusion
Well, are they ribs, or aren’t they? When they look and taste this good, who really cares?
Let’s face it, no one eats ribs because they like to eat bones, it’s all about the succulent, juicy meat and these country style ribs deliver it in spades.
So, jump online and get your meat ordered. Then pick a recipe and create some incredible tasting ribs that really will blow your friends and family away.
