RECIPE PREPARATION Accordion potatoes:
The potatoes are cleaned, washed and grown to the base, taking care not to cut them at all. It is seasoned so that it reaches between the notches, it is breaded with slices of bacon, other sausages. Put them in a tray on baking paper and sprinkle with olive oil. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and place in the oven for one hour, then remove, remove the foil, sprinkle over grated cheese and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes until browned and melted cheese.
