As a tip, it is best to make yogurt in the morning to follow the 12-hour steps as easily as possible.

How to make homemade yogurt recipe for babies?

First we prepare the yogurt. You will need:

  • 1 l fat milk (it would be best to take homemade milk or quality organic milk)
  • 60 gr organic yogurt

The recipe for creamy homemade yogurt is very simple.

  1. Put the milk to boil in a double-bottomed pot and moisten with a little water.
  2. When the milk has started to boil, turn it on low heat and let it boil for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Leave to cool until it becomes warm milk, not hot, so you can keep your finger in the milk for 5-6 seconds without burning (if you have a kitchen thermometer, the milk should be left to cool to 40 degrees Celsius)
  4. Clean the milk from the foam formed.
  5. Take a cup of milk from the boiled milk and put the yogurt.
  6. Mix until the two ingredients are homogenous, then pour everything over the milk in the pot.
  7. Mix again until the whole composition is homogeneous.
  8. Pour the ingredients into jars(do not put large quantity in a jar)
  9. Cover the jar with a napkin, do not close it with the lid. (Milk must ferment and needs air)
  10. Put the jars in a warm place in the house for 12 hours. (Can be up on a closet).
  11. After this time, put the yogurt in the refrigerator for another 12 hours.

* If you want to make less yogurt, divide the quantities. ex: 500ml milk with 30 gr yogurt or 250 ml milk with 15gr yogurt.

  1. The fruit is washed and peeled and pitted (if necessary), then cut into pieces and placed in a drain bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. While the fruits are cold before about an hour, boil the apple juice.
  4. When the juice has halved we can put the fruit.
  5. The fruit should be mixed from time to time so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
  6. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and keep stirring until everything becomes a soft paste.
  7. Extinguish the fire and pour the jam into the jars.
  8. Put the lid on and let them cool to room temperature!

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter / peanut butter
  • 1 egg white

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

It can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator in a glass jar for 2 days.

Coconut yogurt

The pulp of the two coconuts is processed in a blender so that no pieces remain. Strain the milk pulp, put it in a jar and leave it warm for 10 hours (overnight it's perfect). The next day after it has fermented, choose the yogurt on top. If the whey has not been left at the bottom, leave it for another day. Collect the yogurt on top and discard the whey. Prepare a baking tray, 20cm / 30 cm, line it with baking paper and pour the composition.

Powder the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of flour and distribute them evenly in the pan, over the composition.

Put the tray in the oven and bake the cake on stage 2, for 35 minutes.

The cake must be nicely browned and pass the toothpick test.

Pour the cake on the grill, peel off the baking paper and powder it with vanilla powdered sugar.
